The Biak Hooded Pitta, a highly sought-after bird for bird photography, is a must-see, despite being a subspecies endemic to Papua, measuring around 15-17 cm. Therefore, my team and I began to focus on finding new locations for this bird.
Fortunately, after a few months, the results were visible and ready to be refined by fine-tuning several aspects suitable for photography and birdwatching guests who wanted to take pictures.
With high spirits, my team and I began to establish new locations for the Pitta, and here are some photos I can share, although the results are less than perfect due to using a Canon camera with Lens Canon 70-200mm without tripod.
Note :
The distance from the hiding net to the bird is about 7-8 meters.
